YEAH workshops are always engaging, fun and informative. We understand that different students are at different points of their journey, so we offer a range of workshops to suit their needs.

We work in primary, secondary and SEN schools, PRUs, youth hubs and third spaces.

All of our music workshops are rooted in the urban genres from Rap, Grime & Hip Hop as one of the leading contemporary music styles that the young generation are engaged in.

We are passionate about informing students about potential career paths in the creative industries that are not just forward facing but also many sustainable careers behind the scenes of entertainment.

We include discussions around career paths and your students have a chance to have direct conversations with artists who work in the cultural settings.

Our workshops work well in schools as they enrich literacy, oracy skills, critical thinking, collaboration, social skills and enterprise. The workshops can be thematic to have curriculum links, building confidence in presenting & expression, inclusive of different interests.

We explore sustainable careers in UK entertainment, important for future goals & creating legacies within our cultures.

We offer School workshops in

  • RAP / LYRIC WRITING (INCLUDING SPOKEN WORD POETRY)

  • MAKE A TRACK (RAP & MUSIC PRODUCTION)

  • DJ WORKSHOP

  • CREATIVE CAREERS

  • CAREER TALKS & Q+A

  • GRAFFITI (VISUAL STREET ART)

Targeted Youth Support, Islington

“I was so impressed with the relationships the artists can build with the young people in such a short amount of time they were able to trust them and this is reflected in the work they have produced.”

“I just wanted to say thank you very much for the workshop you did at last week. Thank you for adapting your session to the situation and the pupils. Sorry if at some moments the environment was a little bit chaotic, and thank you for understanding it.

You encouraged the kids and motivated them to do an activity. They really enjoyed it and the staff and Management Team were very pleased with it. Thank you very much.” - Music Teacher, SEN School

Shay and Capo showed each young person that there ideas were important and they were able to develop and bring the best out of them. It was such a privilege to be able to work beside such dedicated and inspiring practitioners.
